We don’t believe in hefty consultation fees, and so all of our consultations are free. We will visit your property and walk through the space, measure up and identify the best furniture and layout design

You will receive a quote within 24hrs of your consultation. All of our quotes include delivery and installation as well as removal of staging items from the property, and are based on a 6 week rental period (which can be extended for an additional fee)

If you choose to go ahead, an invoice will be raised and a contract issued for signature. Once this is signed and the invoice is paid, a date for staging will be set - usually within 7-10 days unless otherwise arranged

It’s installation day! Our packages include  furniture for all bedrooms, dining areas and living areas in each property, as well as artwork, mirrors and accessories. We also supply items for kitchen and bathroom styling too.

Now your property is staged and looking its best, now is the time for professional photography to take place. This can be arranged either through your estate agent, or through us if a reshoot is required

Once your property has sold, or the rental period has come to an end, we will come and remove all our furnishings from the property - you won’t have to lift a finger!
